This olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil, meaning it is obtained directly by pressing olives without any additional processing. It is made by pressing olives from the "Galega" variety—the oldest cultivated variety in Portugal. 

It is presented in a small tin with a resealable cap that effectively protects it from light.
