This small bowl is entirely handcrafted in Marinha Grande, the cradle of Portuguese glassmaking. It is created through the fusion of colored glass plates shaped at very high temperatures.

Its perfectly rounded shape easily accommodates salads, fruits, or small shared dishes. Yet even empty, placed at the center of a table or sideboard, it creates an immediate presence.

Each piece is unique, born from the combination of Sílvia’s creativity, a young Portuguese designer, and the expertise of Rui, her husband and master glassmaker.

This glass piece is designed by Sílvia, a young Portuguese designer, and then crafted by Rui, her husband, in their workshop in Marinha Grande, the cradle of Portuguese glassmaking. This family-run artisanal workshop, founded in 1997, combines the heritage of Marinha Grande glassmaking with the innovative "fusing" process.
