Papa Anzóis preserves were born from a dream to revive the tradition of fish canning in the Algarve, southern Portugal.

This small artisanal production aims for the highest quality while maintaining a close connection to the products, the people, and the heritage of the Algarve. The cannery is located in Parchal, a Portuguese village historically tied to fish canning. All ingredients are local, the production is done in small controlled batches, and the innovative cooking method uses a dehydration process that preserves the organoleptic qualities of fresh fish.
